So we made our two year old well check visit to the Doc where I learned my son would rather have his finger poked and two vials of blood squeezed out drop by drop than have his head measured with a paper measuring tape. Go figure.
He is a healthy kid, full of energy and growing like a weed:

Height: 38.25 inches (99.73%)
To make up for a lame birthday this year; one that included an hour visit to the local indoor bounce house/arcade place and an ice cream cone, I decided I should at least make a cake. Even though every fiber in my being told me he wouldn't eat it, I did it anyway. I think he enjoyed looking at it and may have even swiped a finger of icing, that's about all he ate. He did eat the accompanying ice cream. I had to try. We will revisit this next year.
Truman is a happy, smiley little (or not so little) guy. He loves playing with his sister, riding his bike, reading books, playing outside, making a mess, vacuuming, sweeping, wiping up spills...anything janitorial really. I hope that never changes! He is a better eater now but still random a lot of the time. Luckily we know some of his staples and have them on standby! He is definitely all boy and loves cars, buses, trucks, planes...anything with wheels. He is quite technically inclined and loves to grab the ipad/ipod/phone whatever he can get his hands on. He just explodes when it is taken away from him though...poor kid.
He has an amazing smile, great big heart melting blue eyes and a laugh that infects anyone around.
