Anyway. We do have two other wonderful, adorable, lovely rugrats nipping at our ankles, so I thought I would give them some of the spotlight.
Thankfully, they seem to be okay with not leaving the house very often. We've wandered over to the park, taken a walk or two, gone to the dentist, gone for ice cream...nothing too crazy. I'm not sure I am up for a random trip to Target, Costco, or any shopping with all three kids by myself!
A few weeks ago, our city held a community meeting in the park across the street from us. I figured we could manage that. So, after dinner, we put the shoes on the kids, I tucked Marlowe into the Moby and across the street we went.
There was a fire truck, a police car and a huge front end loader for the kids to climb in, look around and honk horns. Tennyson loved all of them! Truman, as much as he loves trucks, just wanted to look. It took a little coaxing to get him to check out the police car (hopefully it is the only time he is in the back of a police car...unfortunately, with who his father is...lol).
Other than that fun filled night, we've just hung out at home.
And going to a birthday party at a great big inflatable play place.
But mostly just staying home. In our pjs.
