Here we go...
Height - 28.75 inches (86.63%)
Weight - 19 lb 11 oz (66.11%)
Head - 46 cm (93.84%)
I can't find my Doctor summary with all the percentiles!! But she has a big head, she is tall and her weight isn't as much as I thought it would be! I think it was only in the high 60 percentiles. (I found them!!)
Marlowe is ALL.OVER.THE.PLACE. Like ridiculously. One second she is there, the next...vanished. She is into cupboards and boxes and bags and anything she can get her hands on. She pulls herself up on everything. And she seems to like to use her teeth to help her get up. Actually, she just seems to like to take a nip of whoever she wants, whenever she wants. It's not fun.
So, she crawls pulls up, has "walked" holding on to the couch, she loves to slap you, fall and bang her head. Ok, she doesn't love that part, but there has been a lot of head hitting lately. She loves her brother and sister, but she has started swatting at Truman when he tries to keep her away from the stairs. She is like a little cat, pawing at the dog to get away from it. Her next favourite thing is to yell. Happy yells, but man are they loud. anytime, anywhere, just yells. She loves to do it when you are holding her, right in your ear. It's awesome. She kind of sounds like a goat yelling. Which would make me laugh more when she does it, if she didn't do it all the time, in my ear.
She loves peas, beans, bananas, graham crackers, bananas, yogurt, eggs, bananas, bread, did I mention bananas? So far, fingers crossed, she is a great eater! But you definitely know when she doesn't like something.
Marlowe is a happy baby. Pretty much content all the time, but she can cry at the drop of the hat if someone looks at her the wrong way. I wouldn't say it's separation anxiety, but she either loves you immediately or takes awhile to warm up to you. We don't know how she decides.
Her sleeping is better. There aren't very many nights anymore, that she wakes up every 2 hours, but she hasn't quite gotten the sleeping through the night down. She's done it before, so I know she can, but she seems to go in spurts. This week is not a good spurt week. But at least she goes down easily. No more hour long scream fests.
She is a happy, fun, loud, smiley, smooshy little baby and we sure love her around here.
Let's face it, no one wants to hear about the parents. All they want are the kids, pictures of the kids to be exact. So here you go, all kids, all the time. Kind of like one of those cable news channels with a 24/7 ticker along the bottom.

Catch Up
I am, apparently, horrible at keeping this up to date...so here is a super point form post, mostly so I remember in 20 years when she asks me questions about when she was a baby.
- bottom two teeth shortly after 6 month visit; top two teeth shortly before 8 months
-dead man crawling/ dragging like crazy...the gate is up
- loves bread, bananas, Cheerios, gnawing on asparagus, carrots...pretty much anything we give her right now, she loves
- has a little bit of stranger anxiety, but it's not horrible
- loves her brother and sister
- loves smiling, or giving you the death stare...it's 50-50 which one you'll get
- she is a super content baby
- still working on this whoe sleeping thing, but we will get there
- loves her mommy...and her daddy too
- sitting in a high chair now
- sat up by herself about 6.5 months
- went from laying to sitting up about 7 months
- puts her arms up/reaches to be picked up
- LOVES to let out high pitched, happy screams!

Halfway to a YEAR!!
Since blogger seemingly will not allow me to pst any pictures, and I don't have the time to try to figure out why (and I keep forgetting), these stats will sadly not have a six month picture to accompany it.
Marlowe is a happy, healthy, growing six month old!! Aside from not enjoying going to sleep on her own (and sometimes staying asleep), she is generally a happy, content, smiley girl. She has the odd day here and there that no one can crack a smile out of her, but usually she will smile for just about anyone!
I write this as she screams from her bed not wanting to have her nap, so without further ado, here are the six month stats.
Head - 44cm (88%)
Weight - 17 lbs 12oz (82%)
Length - 27.5 inches (96%)
We've never had a smooshy, long baby before! I still marvel at all the rolls and monster thighs this one has!! I could smoosh her all day long!
