Here we go...
Height - 28.75 inches (86.63%)
Weight - 19 lb 11 oz (66.11%)
Head - 46 cm (93.84%)
I can't find my Doctor summary with all the percentiles!! But she has a big head, she is tall and her weight isn't as much as I thought it would be! I think it was only in the high 60 percentiles. (I found them!!)
Marlowe is ALL.OVER.THE.PLACE. Like ridiculously. One second she is there, the next...vanished. She is into cupboards and boxes and bags and anything she can get her hands on. She pulls herself up on everything. And she seems to like to use her teeth to help her get up. Actually, she just seems to like to take a nip of whoever she wants, whenever she wants. It's not fun.
So, she crawls pulls up, has "walked" holding on to the couch, she loves to slap you, fall and bang her head. Ok, she doesn't love that part, but there has been a lot of head hitting lately. She loves her brother and sister, but she has started swatting at Truman when he tries to keep her away from the stairs. She is like a little cat, pawing at the dog to get away from it. Her next favourite thing is to yell. Happy yells, but man are they loud. anytime, anywhere, just yells. She loves to do it when you are holding her, right in your ear. It's awesome. She kind of sounds like a goat yelling. Which would make me laugh more when she does it, if she didn't do it all the time, in my ear.
She loves peas, beans, bananas, graham crackers, bananas, yogurt, eggs, bananas, bread, did I mention bananas? So far, fingers crossed, she is a great eater! But you definitely know when she doesn't like something.
Marlowe is a happy baby. Pretty much content all the time, but she can cry at the drop of the hat if someone looks at her the wrong way. I wouldn't say it's separation anxiety, but she either loves you immediately or takes awhile to warm up to you. We don't know how she decides.
Her sleeping is better. There aren't very many nights anymore, that she wakes up every 2 hours, but she hasn't quite gotten the sleeping through the night down. She's done it before, so I know she can, but she seems to go in spurts. This week is not a good spurt week. But at least she goes down easily. No more hour long scream fests.
She is a happy, fun, loud, smiley, smooshy little baby and we sure love her around here.
