We decided to take a trip north this month and hung out with Grandma and Grandpa for about a week and a half. Then Gramps drove us home and hung out here for about a week and a half to help Mark with the deck and play with T.
While we visited the homeland we played mini golf, went to the zoo, danced at a dance recital (in the audience anyway), ate lunches out, played with friends (my friends!), visited the Forks, played with the dog, went for walks with Grandpa, and ate Popsicles.
Reading with Grandpa
Riding the dog...he was so glad when we left!
All ready to run away from home. Her golf clubs, raincoat and bag full of who knows what...everything a girl needs (and she did really say she was leaving!)
Checking out what it was like to be a baby dinosaur at the Zoo.
Taking a ride on Gramps, at the Zoo.
Cheesing it up!
On the course.
Starting off well....
but she usually wound up throwing the ball in the hole with her hands.
One of many Popsicles during the visit. This was the celebratory after golf Popsicle.
Playing in the trees at the Forks.
And that was Winnipeg in a photo display. T did also get to help hand out certificates at her Aunt's dance recital to all the girls, but unfortunately the pictures all came out super dark for some reason. So you'll just have to take my word that she was super cute up on stage. She was also quite the dancer in the crowd....we may need to get this girl into some dance classes!!Stay tuned for the rest of May.
